USAID/Brazil supported a nation-wide Satisfaction Survey among AIDS patients receiving antiretroviral therapy at AIDS treatment centers, the first national study of this nature since the Brazilian government began offering universal access to anti-retroviral therapies. The study produced interesting findings that will provide very useful information to the Brazilian Ministry of Health. Results will be officially published in various academic publications in 2009. Several of the study's preliminary findings were featured in Brazil's top daily newspaper Folha de São Paulo.
